Open Question: xbox 360 is reading games as dvds?
tipical xbox 360. its fucked up again. this time it wont read my game discs as games but as dvds. and even when i click on "Play DVD" to humor it, it just says: "To play this game, put it in an xbox 360 console" ... so long story short, my 360 thinks its a dvd player. HELP

im looking for a wireless router with really good range and signal strength for my xbox 360. right now i have a D-link DI-624 and it stinks. im like 30-40 ft away and both my laptop and xbox only receive 1-2 bars. what is a good router out there with good range for a descent price ($100 or less)? ive been looking at the Linksys wrt160n and was wondering what everyone thought of that as well

Open Question: MY Xbox 360 is displaying weird screens.?
Seems to me that my Xbox is hitting the RROD, I got the three rings this time, but I was able to fix it, well, it fixed itself. But now it seems that every time I play Halo or any game, well anything on my Xbox the screen will go fuzzy/messed up. Is there any way to fix this?

Open Question: computer problem (screen going black and more)?
well heres whats going on. i usually play my xbox 360 on my computer for online...on my computer screen with a vga cable. so i always unplug the back of my monitor to go to the main desktop of my computer.. so today i unplugged but it just stayed black. i rebooted it always stayed black i tried a different computer...same thing. it will work but only in safe mode...when it starts up you can look everything. after the start up it just says no input or connection or something like that. then it just disapears and then just stays black..??? can someone help me it only works in safe mode thats how im typin this. HELP PLEASE :( thanks.

Open Question: I forgot my Windows live ID email address and password for my xbox live gamertag. How do I find out what it is?
When I first got my 360 i made a windows live id for it i didnt write it down or anything. Now i Want a new gamertag. But, my old gamertag has a creditcard on it tht is paying 8$ a month for live. I need to cancel this payment before i start using a new gamertag. I cant cancel it without logging on to xbox.com with the windows live id that goes with my gamertag.

Open Question: How can I connect two HD game systems to an HDTV with only one hookup?
The two systems are: - An early Xbox 360 model WITHOUT HDMI output. - A Nintendo Gamecube (w00t old-school) Both systems are using RBG component video output, 720p and 480p, respectively. The problem is, my HDTV only has one RGB input (along with one set of red/white audio to go with it.) Open Question: How do I hook up my unused wireless modem to my xbox to the used wireless modem?
Hello! I recently got an Xbox 360 Elite for Christmas. I really want to receive my Live account setup but there's a little problem. I have a wireless modem that is not being used (Linksys WRT54GS ver.6) that I want to hook up to the Xbox as an access point. I have a main wireless router that is being used by two computers right now (wired) (Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO F5D9230-4). I don't want to buy a $100 Xbox wi-fi connector or make a hole in the walls to put wires through it to the xbox. I don't know how to make the Linksys an access point or how to hook it up to the Xbox (settings not cords) Then I need to find out a way to hook up my Linksys connected to the Xbox, to the Belkin connected to the computers. I am really confused and I'd really adore to receive on Live and play with my friends asap. Thank you!

So, i have the Vapor. I do spins and flips, sometimes with grabs. I only receive like 15,000 points if im lucky, i've gotten to 19,000 once...He averages about 25,000. Open Question: why wont most of the songs in a CR-R cd rip?
ok, well i got an xbox 360 a while ago, and well i burn songs into CD-R cd's and then i put them in my xbox 360, the first few cd's i tried to rip, it ripped every the songs, but the other cd's, it only ripped like, 7 songs out of 20! so i ripped them again, and some times it rips a bit more songs (but not the whole cd) and sometimes it will rip less songs, what going on!? and the cd's were not scratched so it makes it MORE puzzling, HELP! ):

Open Question: Will Microsoft Fix an Xbox 360 that has RROD but with the warranty sticker removed?
So my brother's Xbox 360's disk steer conks out and is out of its original one year warranty by a month. So, I open it up and fix the DVD steer but have to break the warranty seal to do so. I dont think much of it because its out of it's regular warranty anyway. I replace the steer and 3 weeks later her gets RROD which has a 3 year warranty for that failure. Will microsoft fix his RROD now that I broke the seal? If not, does anyone know where I can buy a warranty sticker for cheap?

im 16...my youngest sister is 9...she gets whatever she wants..never gets in trouble....never gets yelled at...eats non-cease...calls people names...screams...she called my mom from skool saying she didnt feel good...and of course she got picked up...and i arrive home 4 hours later...she is sitting in front of the tv...eating as usual...drinking MY pop that i stash in my room...and my mom does nothing bout her being in my room...at times ive had to go as far as barricading my door and climbing out my window so nobody could receive in....im not hiding drugs or nothing...its just that my stereo ,,,xbox 360 is in there...oh and she scratched the hell out of my xbox 360 games...and i had to pay for the resurfacing...her dad shouldve payed for em...over every she is a un-diseplined spoiled little brat...i know its normal for parents to pay more attention to the younger ones...but this is bulllshit...is anybody else sleepy of the extreme bias their siblings receive????i know i am...and my mom wonders why im moving out as soon as i graduate............as i said before...IS ANYBODY ELSE TIRE OF THE UNNECESSARY BIAS??

I Have tried to move music to my Xbox 360 elite which has a 120 Gb difficult steer, however, it will only let me play it off the card, not move it over. Am i doing something wrong? Do I have to put it to a cd-rom in order to move it over? I would think since I have the Elite, that it would have more features.
